Gratitude thank you, thank you and thank you

Thank you, thank you, thank you; so very important to me is to be constantly appreciative of everything in my life, when I walk to work I say thank you with each step, I then think of happy thoughts whilst I walk, it is affirmation behaviour to change our default mind setting this is why I do it and in return I feel positive about the up and coming day ahead. When I started this practice I took a pebble and placed it in my pocket to remind me to have gratitude. This technique I adopted from,”the secret,” as one of the most powerful behaviour is gratitude. I believe it is always about focusing my awareness on positive thoughts and this is how I want to live a better life; it is better to think,do, see, read and be surrounded by positive things.

I watched a guru and he said,

“every morning when you wake up and feel thankful that you are alive and smile because that morning over 1 million people did not wake up.”

So if you do not feel thankful then be thankful for the latter.
