Think what you want, visualise it, feel it in your gut and heart then do something about what you thought this is how I understand, “the law of attraction,” do this when you are in a positive frame of mind and feeling good. So this is what I am striving to right now,
1. I want to get running again so I visualise trainers, and the process of running. At the time I didn’t have trainers so looked online for the ones I wanted, my place of work did not have these in store, however only days later the exact trainers and size turned up, a result.
2. Family members around me were talking about the couch to 5k app then my first customer of the week came in to buy some running kit; as always I like to talk to my customers and he told me about the very same app!!
3. My wife then said and started doing the couch to 5k so I downloaded it and now have started it a week behind my better half.
So that’s what I have been doing over the last couple of weeks and for me it works and it’s great to be able to get back into running after about 8 years of not running.
