So on my own personal journey of becoming a better person one of my least favourite parts about me is that I get angry and it can be described as a short temper, short fuse etc.. however I am learning more each day.
Why do I or we get angry? Well first anger is a negative emotion that vibrates throughout the body at a low frequency.
Our own beliefs that we have been programmed to think about from birth are in the subconscious, this is were we get our moral compass from, empathy and what we think is right and wrong, etiquette, and social behaviour.
So when we encounter anything from the latter paragraph that does not align with us we have an opinion and our ego then gets in the way, we don’t like the encounter, situation or the answer this is when anger, rage and temper are manifested.
Be aware of your feelings
So anger, rage and temper are negative feelings of which I don’t want to have however if I can identify that is how I am feeling then it is for me to bring my awareness to a better part of my mind rather than acting out/manifesting these low negative feelings.
I also believe anger, rage and temper can lead to stresses in the body tension in the shoulders, headaches that is why I think it’s truly important to be able to relax. The point of relaxing is by far to find positive things in your life to raise your frequency and when you raise your frequency it would be very difficult to be angry;

a major part of raising your frequency is gratitude. When you have gratitude there is no place for anger.
