Mindfulness in UK schools
Fantastic news that over 300 schools in the UK are introducing mindfulness for mental wellness into the classrooms. Just started this blog after listening to Wim Hof say it’s incredible that we can send rockets to the moon and create wonderful technology but we don’t teach our children happiness, strength and good health. Starting at primary age it’s great that children are being tought how to relax through different techniques and talk about their feelings. Gratitude thank you, thank you and thank you
Thank you, thank you, thank you; so very important to me is to be constantly appreciative of everything in my life, when I walk to work I say thank you with each step, I then think of happy thoughts whilst I walk, it is affirmation behaviour to change our default mind setting this is why I do it and in return I feel positive about the up and coming day ahead.
